Managing Member
Bill has an accomplished 35 year career in construction management and engineering. Bill graduated from West Point and started his professional career as an Army Corps of Engineers officer. He subsequently managed industrial and commercial construction projects for various corporate clients. Bill was a homebuilder for 10 years building more than 75 custom homes in the Atlanta area. Bill has been a licensed professional engineer in Georgia for 30 years providing guidance to contractors and owners regarding many complex issues. Billy Creeden

Billy has had a very interesting professional career. Billy began working on his father’s construction sites from a young age. Billy was able to work through multiple different trades of construction and learn vastly about a wide range of construction. Billy attended KSU with a major in business management and minors in construction & project management. Billy then turned his talents to the insurance industry working directly for insurance carriers, evaluating and reconstructing residential insurance claims of all varieties. Billy Has worked multiple catastrophes all around the United States and has been able to take care of those in need as well as rebuild their life. Billy transitioned away from insurance after 5 years and has moved back to the construction side working for high-end exterior contractors handling a wide array of projects.
